Splashboards Prohibited Actions

These Prohibited Actions form part of your agreement with Splashboards Swim Analytics LLC ("Splashboards," "we," "us," or "our") and apply to your use of the Splashboards website, applications, and related tools (the "Services"), as described in our Terms of Service. You may not engage in any of the actions described below, and you may not authorize, facilitate, or encourage any other person to do so.

1. No Unauthorized Access

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, including another user's account or data, or to any computer systems or networks connected to the Services. You may not attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by Splashboards or any third party to protect or restrict access to the Services.

2. No Account Sharing

Accounts are for use by a single individual. You may not share your login credentials with, or otherwise permit access to your account by, any other person — including for the purpose of allowing multiple individuals to use a single subscription in place of separate accounts. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. No Falsified Data or Results

You may not submit fabricated, falsified, or knowingly inaccurate times, results, or other performance data to the Services, including through the Race Analysis Report or Team Dashboard. This prohibition applies whether the falsified data is presented as your own or as belonging to another individual.

4. No Harassment or Interference

You may not threaten, abuse, harass, or invade the privacy of any other person, or interfere with any other user's ability to use or enjoy the Services.

5. No Unlawful or Inappropriate Content

You may not upload, submit, or otherwise transmit content through the Services that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, including sexually explicit material. This applies to all content submitted through the Services, including video uploaded for the Race Analysis Report.

6. No Impersonation or Misrepresentation

You may not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or provide false information in order to create or maintain an account.

7. No Circumvention of Content Protections

You may not remove, alter, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Services, or copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from the Services or their content, except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service.

8. No Interference with Splashboards Infrastructure

You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable burden on the Services or their underlying infrastructure, or that disrupts, disables, or impairs the operation of the Services.

9. No Viruses or Malicious Code

You may not introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code into the Services, or take any action intended to disrupt or damage the Services or gain unauthorized access to them.

10. No Unauthorized Data Extraction

You may not use robots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated or manual means to extract, copy, or aggregate data or content from the Services, except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service. Coaches and team administrators may access, through the Team Dashboard, only the data of athletes properly associated with their own team.

11. No Commercial Use or Competing Products

You may not resell, redistribute, or make commercial use of the Services or their content, and you may not access the Services to build a similar or competing product.

12. No Unsolicited Advertising or Spam

You may not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications, advertisements, or solicitations, or otherwise use the Services for any commercial purpose not directly related to your own use of the Splashboards tools.
