We have prepared this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to describe our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of personal information for our technology products that link to this Policy and which include: our website, including all pages on our domain www.splashboardswim.com (the “website”). This Policy does not apply to information collected about you offline, through sites such as online shops or donation platforms that display different privacy policies, or through your interactions with Splashboards employees or contractors outside of the website or applications (such as via telephone or email).

As you use Splashboards, your results, meets, competitions, awards, and honors;

When needed, via forms you submit, like biographical information, coaching history, clothes sizing, photos, government identification, and medical or other consents.
